[PATCH] Sparc long double is emulated in software, therefore usedbl-64's s_fma.c

I noticed this when I was about to add multiarch routines
for using FMA instructions on Sparc.

Other architectures using soft-fp or kernel FPU emulators for
long double support probably want to do the same thing.

	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc32/fpu/s_fma.c: New file.
	* sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/fpu/s_fma.c: New file.
