But then BSD someday might use __reserved1 for something else.
We should put "gnu" somewhere in the prefix; that will substantially
lessen the possibility of future collisions. Surely BSD coders
will never put "gnu" in their own prefixes.
Here's a suggestion.
Let's switch the prefix from "__unused" to "__ungnused".
This makes the point perfectly!
