We need to check result of SYSDEP_GETTIME_CPU since there are
# if __ASSUME_POSIX_CPU_TIMERS > 0
# define SYSDEP_GETTIME_CPU SYSCALL_GETTIME
Otherwise, many rt tests will fail when glibc is configured with
--enable-kernel=2.6.22
