When linking libc6.so on alpha-linux I get:
/mnt/Programming/cvstree/build.libc/libc_pic.os(.text+0xd17b4): In function `posix_fallocate64':
../sysdeps/posix/posix_fallocate64.c:64: undefined reference to `__GI___pwrite64'
/mnt/Programming/cvstree/build.libc/libc_pic.os(.text+0xd17c4):../sysdeps/posix/posix_fallocate64.c:64: undefined reference to `__GI___pwrite64'
This is using HJ Lu's 18.104.22.168.5 binutils and gcc 3.3.1 20030722 (Debian prerelease)
../libc/configure --prefix=/usr --enable-add-ons
and no NPTL.
I have put my buildlog at:
I'm not very familiar with the syscall stuff, but Carlos mentioned that there
ought to be a PSEUDO ... PSEUDO_END section for this syscall, and I don't see it
at all in my build.
If there's more information you want, lemme know.
Breathe into my hands, I'll cup them like a glass to drink from...
