I am not the one you need to explain this to.  This is just an example of
one README from one 3rd party package (in this case dante socksify).

One of many 3rd party packages that I have no control over.  And I doubt
your influence reaches that far either.

This is legitimate problem that needs to addressed. The PPC64 application
environment must coexist with preexisting PPC32 packages.  And we don't get
to dictate how they install and what features they use.
