Why do you ask me? The rounding is handled by the FPU or by some emulator (don't know what applies in your case). If those don't work fix them. Such completely wrong results obviously mean than something is really screwed if upward rounding is enabled. But since the code executed is the same as for the other rounding methods it's not a problem in the exp code itself.
