Thanks Jakub.
I solved shm_open: Function not implemented problem when i did tmpfs.
tst-shm.out was empty.

Another tst-timer next freeze which I got core

tst-timer.out is
lock_gettime returned 0, timespec = { 1031329991, 446084000 }
clock_getres returned 0, timespec = { 0, 10000000 }
