LANG=C LANGUAGE=czech:slovak is critical combination, if application
supports NLS and finds .mo files. In such case application hangs in
infinite loop of memory mapping operations.
LANG=czech LANGUAGE=czech:slovak works and LANG=C LANGUAGE=C also works.

(Expecting you have installed .mo files, if not, you can try another languages).
