If you install the libxfce4ui-debuginfo-4.12.1-8.fc27.ppc64.rpm package in
addition to the ibxfce4ui-devel-debuginfo-4.12.1-8.fc27.ppc64.rpm package, the
problem goes away.  This is a missing debug info package problem.  In fact this
bug is a duplicate of #22428.
