When fedabipkgdiff is looking at a sub-package S.rpm of a main package P.rpm,
if S.rpm has a specific debug info package S-debuginfo.rpm, then make sure to
use P-debuginfo.rpm *as well*, when comparing S.rpm to another package.

That is, S-debuginfo.rpm might not be enough to have all the needed debug
information needed by S.rpm. P-debuginfo.rpm might also be needed.
