Code for this has been pushed to the dodji/kabidiff branch in commit
https://sourceware.org/git/gitweb.cgi?p=libabigail.git;a=commit;h=ea508093406b2c37cd5de1827f06fa6e051740bd.

This has been done only for IR nodes originating from the C language.

It's going to be merged to master as soon as I've tested this enough.
