fedabipkgdiff requires pyxdg, rpm-python and koji, however they are not added
into SPEC for making libabigail RPM.

Regarding the Fedora 24, Python 3 is the default version installed in the
system, and version 2 of Python is not installed in F24 docker image that could
break the usage. So, it would be better add python2 as a dependency as well.
