path-file not working properly?

According to the docs:
(path-file "http://gnu.org/home/me.html?add-bug#body";) ⇒ "me.html"
But what I get is this:
#|kawa:25|# (path-file "http://gnu.org/home/me.html?add-bug#body";)
"/home/me.html"
Is this new behavior? If so, where is the "get the filename from the
path" function? path-last would probably work for me for now.
