You don't have a .gdbtkinit/gdbtk.ini? "-nx" suppresses the reading of
.gdbinit/gdb.ini and .gdbtkinit/gdbtk.ini.

You may have to resort to running insight under gdb and setting a break
on exit, inspecting the backtrace to find out why insight isn't
starting.
