where can find multi-ice directory in gdb5.0

Hello,

 

   From gdb5.0 change log, it support to build multi-ice-gdb-server. but I can't find any subdirectory of multi-ice in it's source files. when I configure it with '--enable-multi-ice', I can't find any information about multi-ice. so fail to build multi-ice-gdb-server.

 

 anyone can help me? if you have multi-ice-gdb-server.exe, will you copy one to me?

 * configure.in, configure: add the --enable-multi-ice to determine
 whether to configure and build the multi-ice-gdb-server.  Note,
 for now this only builds on cygwin, so don't enable it for other
 platforms...
