Thank's for the offer, but I actually did hack the src rpm & rebuild it at home with regexps enabled. I just never installed it in the office. I think it's that the scm build procedure is just *so* *ugly* that I couldn't stand dealing with it any longer. One Major Improvement guile has over scm is the build procedure. -- Harvey J.
