psim missing lwsync instruction

Subject: psim missing lwsync instruction

Hi,

gcc libstdc++ now uses lwsync and this is causing
failures on psim since the instruction isn't
implemented.

Does anyone have a patch or is willing to throw
one together so I can test it?

This is negatively impacting gcc test results on
targets that test using psim.
