Hi
We need to have a list of which an ISA simulator is written by which
tool. For example, is it true that only PPC and MIPS were written in
IGEN?

There are two tools, CGEN <http://sources.redhat.com/cgen/> and
IGEN, that generate simulators.
But a GDB port for a new architecture has to be written by hand.
