GDB Snapshot 19981224 Now Available

As usual, the snap is at ftp://ftp.cygnus.com/private/gdb/.

This snapshot has one big change: readline has been upgraded to 2.2.1.
Although the code is more portable than the very old one that GDB has
been using for a long time, the import did blow away a lot of funky
old system-specific hacks, so let us know if readline no longer works
on your system.
