Hello Joel,

I have sent you a new version of the tests again.  Basically I have found a
problem still on the MPX test code about using the the "nat" directory.

With the new patch both tests are equivalent.
An additional patch was also introduced for the indentation as you mentioned on the review.

MPX bound table support:
Did the changes as you proposed and found some small issues.  Therefore documentation
was also updated. 

Using the prefix made it really much more elegant, thanks a lot for the
suggestion and your review!
