This adjusts the GNU/Linux M32R port to new interfaces.
Completely untested.

* linux-m32r-low.c (tdesc_m32r): Declare.
(m32r_arch_setup): New function.
(m32r_usrregs_info, regs_info): New globals.
(m32r_regs_info): Adjust.
(initialize_low_arch): New function.
