ARI change following AIX library changes

- Subject: ARI change following AIX library changes
The patch by Joel about AIX libraries
removes three macros.
This is great!
The following patch simply acknowledges
those macros as removed, so that any reappearing
would result in a regression listed at top of the ARI
web page (as does the wait.h rule currently, see my previous email).
Is this OK?

(PC_SOLIB): Change type from ari_deprecate to ari_regression.
