This is the patch add new gdbarch to GDB to make it support OSE.

	* configure.tgt: Add powerpc-*-ose.
	* defs.h (gdb_osabi): Add GDB_OSABI_OSE.
	* osabi.c (gdb_osabi_name): Add "OSE".
	* ose-tdep.c: New.
