[RFA/commit] Add support for x86 LynxOS

- Subject: [RFA/commit] Add support for x86 LynxOS
This patch adds support for LynxOS on x86 - as opposed to ppc
(tested on LynxOS 5.0).
This was relatively straightforward, apart from the fact that
some of the FPU registers are stored in 16bit components inside
the context structure returned by ptrace, whereas GDB stores them
as 32bit registers. I didn't want to create a new description
just for LynxOS, so the collect/supply procedure for these registers
had to take this size difference into account.
gdb/gdbserver/ChangeLog:
* lynx-i386-low.c: New file.
* configure.srv: Add handling of i[34567]86-*-lynxos* targets.
