[RFA] gdb.ada, gdb.cp, gdb.python, replace wildcard regexp

This change replaces gdb_test foo "" ""
with gdb_test foo ".*" ""

	* gdb.ada/exec_changed.exp: 
	Use ".*" instead of "" as wildcard regexp.

	* gdb.cp/classes.exp: Use ".*" instead of "" as wildcard regexp.

	* gdb.python/py-frame.exp: Use ".*" instead of "" as wildcard regexp.
	* gdb.python/py-value.exp: Ditto.
