- Subject: Broken build of gdb with gcc 4.5 and inoperable x64 windows gdb
I tried to build today my regular regression test of gdb and x64
windows target. First I noticed, that for gcc 4.5 there are some build
failures due to different enum types in comparison (I will sent a
patch for this soon). Secondly after building gdb (which was
successful), I tried to use it. But it seems to be broken, as it is
not able to open (find?) any specified executables anymore. The only
message I see by starting gdb via
'~/source/gdb/src/build_w64/gdb/gdb.exe --args ./tst.exe' is:
GNU gdb (GDB) 126.96.36.19990726-cvs

This GDB was configured as "x86_64-pc-mingw32".
For bug reporting instructions, please see:
./tst.exe: No such file or directory.
Has somebody an idea what is getting broken here, because in the past
gdb was able to load x64 executables pretty well?
