[rfc] [03/09] Get rid of current_gdbarch (gdbarch parameter to breakpoint_from_pc)


Hi,

this patch adds gdbarch as parameter to breakpoint_from_pc.

Tested by gdb_mbuild. Is this ok to commit?

* gdbarch.sh (breakpoint_from_pc): Add gdbarch parameter. * gdbarch.{c,h}: Regenerate.

	current architecture by frame_info. Add gdbarch to
	rs6000_breakpoint_from_pc call.
