[ob] Strip mdebugread.c of DEPRECATED_STREQ

	* mdebugread.c: Update copyright.
	(parse_symbol): Replace DEPRECATED_STREQ with strcmp.
	(parse_type, parse_procedure): Ditto.
	(parse_partial_symbols, psymtab_to_symtab_1): Ditto.
