[PATCH] Add NetBSD/amd64 native configuration


[Sent that one a bit prematurely, here's one with the patch attached.]

This patch adds NetBSD/amd64 as a new native configuration.  It's not
perfect yet, but I thinks it's usable.  It doesn't do core files yes,
but will gain the abilitity to deal with those when I finish my
generic core file support.

Anyway, it's checked in.
