Applied with appropriate changes (dropped "Cygnus" and " in devo/sim"
from comments, removed the unnecessary semicolons), see below.
I didn't remove sh-hms-sim.exp so far. If that's ok with the dejagnu
developers, I'll remove it from the gdb repository.
