[patch] remote.c: unpack_varlen_hex

I'm commiting the ulongest patch with a separate changelog.

	    * remote.c (remote_wait, remote_async_wait): Change
            thread_num from int to ULONGEST.
	    (unpack_varlen_hex): Change result parameter from
            int * to ULONGEST *.
