Subject: [``patch''] Add src/cgen/cpu directory

FYI,

I've added the directory:

	src/cgen/cpu/

to the GDB distribution.  This directory contains the original sources 
to some of the CGEN based simulators.  It should have been added long 
ago but I only noticed when a new CGEN based simulator (sh64) was added.
