I don't know.  I think I only added it because it was present in
configure.in in the directory above.  Without it gdbserver works fine,
so I'm checking this in.

        * gdbserver/configure.in: Remove AM_PROC_CC_STDC.  Change
        AC_STDC_HEADERS to AC_HEADER_STDC.
        * gdbserver/configure: Regenerated.
