Re: Warning: sourceware.cygnus.com is going away

The following makes the old name go away from a few documentation files.
I also noticed that :pserver:anoncvs@anoncvs.cygnus.com appears at
http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/ and http://sources.redhat.com/gdb/news/
