Thanks.  This is approved, with the following nitpicking:

Please use "e.g.@:", to get TeX typeset this correctly (a period before a 
blank is by default taken as ending the sentence).

You need a comma after the right parenthesis.

Please add @noindent, on a line by itself, before the last line (since
