[PATCH RFA] New testsuite test: step-line.exp

The new test below was motivated by Ed Peschko's comments regarding
the behavior of gdb when debugging code with #line directives:

    http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb/2001-03/msg00081.html

I was able to reproduce the problems that Ed was seeing, but none
of GDB's current testsuite tests expose this problem. Therefore,
a new test is needed...

This test will cause 12 new FAILs when run against a current GDB.
These 12 FAILs go away when my symtab.c patch is applied. See:

    http://sources.redhat.com/ml/gdb/2001-03/msg00083.html

Now that I've written a test which demonstrates the problem, I'll
forward the above mentioned symtab.c patch to the gdb-patches list for
approval.

Okay to commit?

	* gdb.base/Makefile.in (EXECUTABLES): Add step-line.
	* gdb.base/step-line.c: New file.
	* gdb.base/step-line.exp: New file.
	* gdb.base/step-line.inp: New file.
