Hi,
I think the easiest way for you would be to get the latest GDB snapshot
from
http://sourceware.cygnus.com/pub/gdb/snapshots
and get the manual from the gdb/doc directory once you have unpacked
the archive.
Otherwise you can check out the manual from the CVS repository,
following the instructions on http://sourceware.cygnus.com/gdb/
but that's somewhat more involved.
