There is. It formats the address according to what BFD thinks it should
look like.
I think we've got the cases:
o target address (CORE_ADDR)
One GDB plan was to add segments to GDB's
target address space.
o target C-lang ``void*''
o object file address
The paddr() family (I fixed functions that were already there) format an
address according to TARGET_PTR_BIT.
