I reverted to using System.err.println() for now, but at times it would
be nice to get the log output as before this change.

Unfortunatly:
   ./TestRunner -c FINE
since it isn't working then we've a bug; somewhere.

Can someone that uses ~/.frysk/properties post what they are using, that might give us a clue as to the differences.
