Re: Preliminary Documentation checked in

I converted Rick's doc. The utility I used (sourceforge pdftohtml
version 0.39) has a kind of "simple" format, the result of which is at:

http://www.mollerware.com/frysk/simple/frysk_doc_1.0.html

There's also what the utility calls "complex" format which is a whole
lot prettier:

http://www.mollerware.com/frysk/complex/frysk_doc_1.0.html

The straight-from-sourceforge version (0.39) I built last Friday works
fine; the version in fc6t2 (v 0.36) produces really crummy output. If
we want to make the html version publicly available, I expect we should
probably prebuild it rather than just shipping the PDF and having the
html generated in the frysk build process.

Both of these formats result in a bunch of files--16 for simple, 42 for
complex. If anyone wants me to commit this stuff to the frysk tree, I
expect it ought to be in it's own dir under htdocs/documentation, but
I'll do it any way y'all want me too.
