htdocs added to the <<frysk>> cvs module

Just FYI,
So as to make everyones life easier, I've added htdocs (the web pages)
to the cvs module <<frysk>>. There's no longer a need for a second
check-out.
Given that this doesn't affect building, there's no reason to rush and
do a new fresh check-out, just keep in mind that the next time you do a
clean check-out these files will appear.
