Rawhide is the code name for Fedora development, so I guess it should be
there, but hasn't been pushed out yet?

I haven't played with it myself yet. But Roland has a testframework
(ntrace) plus some introduction texts to utrace available at:
http://people.redhat.com/roland/utrace/
