Subject: [ECOS] Thread Support in ECOS

Hi 

I am trying to implement ethernet driver for my board

1. I noticed that tcp/ip in ecos uses multithreading.But the thread
which services the ISRs(IP,ARP) is not started. so my packet is not
processed.
2. Is there any thing like to enable thread support.
