Then what you'll need to do is look at the linker script of something that
does support stabs, like say in mips/mips32/current/src/mips_mips32.ld or
mips/rm7000/var/current/src/mips_rm7000.ld and copy the relevant bits into
either the generated .ld file, or the one in the architecture or variant
HAL that you are using.
