All corporations are organizations, but not all organizations are
corporations.

Yes, it is a matter of terminology: corporation is a more specific
term than organization. Incorporation changes the legal status of
an organization: at least in America it does, your mileage (or
terminology) may vary.
Unless there is a need to single out corporations, the more generic
org* should cover the whole superset of corporations, partnerships,
clubs, ....
