DOCBOOK: DocPro - The professional DocBook tool set released

Hey folks, blantant press release below. The long and short of it is, we
have created a self contained DSSSL and XSLT environment. No more
compiling :) The deluxe version contains DocParse, our HTML to DocBook
transformation tool.
