[docbook-apps] Patch #808001: Support for Xalans URIResolver incom.nwalsh.xalan.Text

So I was working on this. I think I've got it working for Saxon and
Saxon8. But when I went off to try running Xalan (2.6.0), I discovered
that it falls all over itself on autoidx.xsl. Apparently because there's
a <!DOCTYPE declaration it wants to do validation.

Anyone using Xalan must have figured out what the workaround is. Hints,
please.
