I'm not sure if others have mentioned it, but FrameMaker 7 can map Frame
styles to DocBook elements for XML ouput. Look under File -> Structure
Tools -> Generate Conversion Table. There you can assign to each Frame
paragraph or character style an element name to wrap it in. Then you use
File -> Utilities -> Convert Documents to Structured Format. You'll need
the DocBook XML application that comes with Frame 7.
It probably won't do a completely satisfactory conversion, but probably
enough to allow a reasonable amount of manual cleanup.
