- Subject: [docbook-apps] Adding Image Map to HTML title page
I've been attempting to alter the HTML/titlepage.xsl
file to add an image map for an image I've included on
my title page. I've been refering to the example in
http://www.dpawson.co.uk/docbook/styling/custom.html#TitlepageFormat,
but I can't seem to get the map info to be included in
the output (I always get an error). Most things I've
been trying add the info in from the root node:
<xsl:template match="*" mode="titlepage.mode">
<MAP NAME="imageMap1">
<AREA SHAPE="RECT" COORDS="3, 71, 27, 119"
HREF="www.url.com">
<AREA SHAPE="POLYGON" COORDS="115, 79, 141, 81, 141,
102, 129, 115, 130, 136, 117, 135, 120, 108, 109, 99"
HREF="#top">
</MAP>
<xsl:apply-templates select="." />
</xsl:template>
I've also tried using the <xsl:text> element, but to
no avail. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong or an
easier way to do this? Any other resources you can
point me to? Thanks a lot.
Naomi
