The default setup of DB2LaTeX gives you usually not the wanted layout
of e.g. the titlepage, table of contents, list of figures, index, etc.

If you know how to do this in LaTeX you will also be able to do this
with DB2LaTeX - but it needs definitely some time to do the customization.
